With the hospital only a short walk away it is ideal for guests working or visiting the hospital. And Lincoln University is just a quick drive from the property. Reception Rooms
Our property features two inviting reception rooms. The first room is perfect for relaxing, playing board games, or enjoying drinks and conversations with friends and family. The second reception room boasts a large TV, a dedicated workspace, and a comfy sofa bed, ideal for lounging. You'll find extra blankets for snuggling up while you watch TV or work on your laptop.
Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is designed with togetherness in mind, featuring a large dining table where you can gather for delicious meals. For coffee lovers, there's a coffee bar equipped with a Nespresso machine, as well as fresh coffee if you prefer a more traditional brew.
The utility area includes a washing machine and tumble dryer and leads to the paved garden, offering a serene spot to relax with your morning coffee. Please note that the patio has multiple steps and uneven surfaces, which may pose challenges for young children or guests with mobility issues. The walled garden is a lovely feature, although it will be undergoing renovations soon. We appreciate your understanding as we enhance this space!
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
As you make your way upstairs, you will notice that the stairs reflect the charm of an old building, with narrow steps and a steeper gradient. While they add character, they may be difficult to navigate for young children or those with mobility concerns.
The sleeping arrangements include a single room, a double bed, and a king-size bed. Each room is thoughtfully appointed with hanging space and comfy beds, featuring plump pillows for a restful night’s sleep.
The large bathroom includes a step down into the space, equipped with a toilet, sink, and a shower over the P shaped bath.

Access, Check in and Check out
We offer a seamless and convenient check-in and check-out experience for both business and leisure stays. Upon confirming your booking and before your arrival we will provide you with a unique code for the key lockbox located at the property’s address. This ensures you have easy access to the property at your convenience.
Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. The front door and lockbox are monitored by CCTV for added peace of mind and security throughout your stay.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM; however, if you need a later check-out, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
There is free on-street parking available for your convenience. In the event that no spaces are immediately available, alternative parking can be found in the adjacent streets, and a space will usually become free shortly
